About Leopards
Leopards live in Africa and Southern Asia. The name leopard indicates that the ancients thought that this spotted cat was a cross between a lion and a black panther, which was then called a “pard”. The leopard is the most widespread member of the cat family. They are nocturnal and are great climbers. Leopards often carry even large prey high up into trees, to feed without being bothered by other predators.
Other cats that we offer include a Bobcat, Caracal, Cheetah, Cougar/Mountain Lion/Puma, Lions, Lynx, Serval, and Tigers.
